ROO Diver questions
Does anyone have a black diver and then have extra straps of different colors they switch out?
Love all the colors of the divers but just easier and far cheaper to buy the black and then buy straps to change it up. How easy are they to change and does anyone know what they cost? Thanks.

ROO Diver questions
There are a few pics about the forum of different colour option straps. With the black face, I always think the white strap works well for the summer months.

I posted a similar question early this past summer:
https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=608433 There's a great compilation image in that thread (Post #5) of the diver on many different color straps both rubber and gator. I've got a black, dark grey (which lives on my ROO RC as the grey matches the sub-dials), and the "fizzy lime green". The straps are really easy to change. You need: 2x screwdrivers (1.2mm size) - I would suggest Burgeon brand as the tips are replaceable A U-tipped strap changing tool for the spring-loaded pin on the buckle end - again suggest Burgeon (you get what you pay for) Straps can be purchased directly from APSC in Clearwater, FL. They're ~$350 + ~$30 s/h If you happen into one of the remaining AD or a Boutique, they may have some straps on hand (and will install for you) - but usually at a premium price. |

Without the right tools it is a nightmare to change straps. With the right tools quite straightforward.

When you say "black" diver, are you refering to the ceramic diver? Imo, the diver most versatile version for changing strap is the SS diver with black or white dial.

The SS diver with black dial is the one I was referring to.

@duc88 - the Top screw set attaches the plots to the case - the bottom set attaches the strap to the plots.
You have a choice... Change the strap only - then you need 2 screwdrivers - one to hold one side while you screw/unscrew the other. Change the strap with plots installed - you only need 1 screwdriver BUT you need to purchase a set of plots for each strap... Same with the buckle: Change strap with buckle installed - need to buy another buckle Change strap only - need a tool like this one: Bergeon 6767 |

I change on my AP's every now and then. If you know have to use a screwdriver (LOL) you can do it.

@Doctcok
Thank you very much for the detailed information. One last question. Which size should the skrewdriver have? 1.2mm? |

I believe it's 1.4mm. But nobody responded because there are threads on this.
