I'm hoping for a rose gold and stainless two-tone Submariner!

SS Blue Sub aka: Smurf - (and then Rolex can send all of the WG Smurf owners black dials so they can be different)

On another topic; is anyone going to Basel? It is around my birthday and I am planning to go with a few friends. Perhaps a GTG?

Is the upcoming Basel going to be the last? I know some brands have pulled out.

Swatch group has pulled out but Patek, Rolex are still there. May be a historically important if it is the last

If that blue sub comes out, I will be a buyer. I bet my AD can have me one by 2024

For me, the current sub has the right proportions, no point being any bigger or closer to Sea-dweller. My prediction is just an updated movement.

Same again for the stainless smurf - too similar to WG smurf. Daytona have the WG but then again the dial is also different than the SS version, but changing the dial to arabic numerals would be criminal on the sub.

I hope nothing catches my eye at Basel next year as I'm still trying to get a Pepsi (and Daytona for that matter).

Last year I got the SD43 and this year the new D Blue.

So I need a break to play catchup!

I am sure if rolex really release a YG hulk, 99% of them will go straight to the grey dealer. same as the current hulk.

I think we’ll see the end of the Z-blue Milgauss. Perhaps the end of the Milgauss altogether

Doesn't matter what they release because they won't sell them to Joe public.

I think its plausible that we'll see a new Explorer II and a new steel Submariner.

Funny to see how flipers hope for BLNR phase out

Funny to see how flipers hope for BLNR to be discountunied.

Why Rolex shall phase out the BLNR? There is not even 1 good reason.
They will just updated the BLNR with the new movement, just what happened to the Deepsea Blue

Basel is losing its luster for me in terms of rolex. Unless it is a new subc I have no real interest.

It would be great to see some of these:
Royal blue substitution of current brown on the Platona
A new DayDate model with triple, complete or perpetual Calendar
Polar dial for the Explorer
A new Daytona model with flyback
Adding the missing markers back to the Daytona
Reintroducing the Turn-o-Graph
Titanium?
Power reserve?
Dropping the crown guards?
Spring drive?

Production is still the same. Consider how many more Chrono24/instagram/“lifestyle” resellers are here. Production same/increased slightly. Demand way way up.

Any Rolex hard to get Rolex is easily attainable by the 100’s albeit with mark up.

Maybe, but the BLNR colors actually make the most sense, so they should keep it. Blue for day, black for night. Red for day makes sense if you’re having a wildfire. Pepsi blue at night?

I hope Rolex will cease production or ONE YEAR on the stainless Datejust and the other pedestrian watches which will enable increased production of the sport watches and have everyone wanting a Datejust because they are out of production. Watch cycles.

42mm sub ceramic date with no cyclops please. I know it will never happen but that would be the ultimate daily watch for me.
