My first FP is a Stipula.
My first ever fountain pen is a Stipula LE Fiesole. Beautiful caramel celluloid nitrate with veins of deep blue. Lovely silver leaf etchings on the cap and clip. Another reason why i chose Stipula was because i like supporting small family run companies.
The amber is also very tempting...... |

They have come a long way in the last 30 years from being a company that made hand engraved clasps for prestigious leather companies to a pen company that has won best of class awards. Well done!

What a way to start I love the celluloid on Italian pens, they do it so well. Combine that with wonderful writers and you have a winning combination!
Well done! |
