I've decided to pass on the offer.
I viewed the 16202 yesterday, and while beautiful, and special with the anniversary rotor, I did see the elegance and beauty of the ultra thin, but I didn't see any real reason to find it more special in comparison to my skeleton, and if I was being brutally honest, unless I was picking it up at retail, I would rather buy a used 15202 and save the difference and keep my skeleton.
Ultimately I feel that I would pick the skeleton 9/10 times if I had both.

The skeleton felt alot more special. It has a presence that the jumbo lacks.
While both beautiful and it is a good problem to have, I think I would regret the trade.

The quality and finishing / depth of the skeleton is second to non.
I got mine from the original owner years ago, has all its bits and pieces down to the purchase receipt, and was very sparingly worn by him.
You made the right move. The openwork IMO is the best stainless steel watch.

Glad you passed on the offer. You would have regretted it. Keep enjoying that 15305.

I also have the 15305ST and was offered the 16202ST 50years edition. I kept my 15305ST that I find way more beautiful than the 15407ST, because it looks more balanced without the golden double balance wheel. With the prices dropping I wait for a regular 16202ST coming next year.

Just picked up my 16204or. Asides from this the best 39s ever were 15305 & 15204. Keep the 15305, basic jumbo is not as special

definitely the right decision on OP's part to not agree to the swap

yes, the 15202/16202 with their clean Tapisserie dial are a league on their own, OP's skeleton is the more unique and more valuable piece.

As was said above, further down the road .. a combo of the two would be enormous..!
