got to handle the pam1305

here's a little review:

case:

it's a little less blingy and "look at me" due to the titanium material but i would still put it squarely in the "look at me" category. It's still big with the 47mm size with the automatic 1950 case. still very easy to read the time and date. It wasn't as thick as i thought, maybe the bezel is the only additional thickness. It's light though, a different feel from the steel pams.

movement:

right out of the gate, they let you see the movement parameters (average of 5.6 secs/day) set your expectation VERY low on this one. closed caseback compared to the pam305. non hacking P9010 movement. SLOW date change starts 10:00pm-1:00am really really PATHETIC.

other comments:

the bezel wiggles a little bit but not as bad as others i have seen. the lume is still great as well as the dial. It's an ordinary diver but the crown guard makes it a pam.

price:

you can get it at gray dealers for discounted price but i would say borderline not worth it. maybe $1000 extra discount it would be ok brand new.

More of a complaint?

But I am not a fan of Titanium watches.

My hacking P9010 has been a +2 second a day for years now. I think more of a regulation issue with the above watch accuracy.

They show you a certificate with all the position before and after casing. The results are not encouraging. Im thinking how do they have to balls to show it to you?

I love the watch and brand but they are really turning into something else
