Help Identifying OEM Panerai Strap

Hoping to get some help regarding a strap for my Panerai 422.

When I purchased this watch, it was listed with a deployant clasp and plain strap. Wasn't interested so much in the strap as I had already ordered from Wendy at the Toronto Panerai Boutique the OEM strap that shipped with the 422.

Having looked at the strap that came with the watch, there was no box or papers, just looked like the dude came in, took his watch off, and went to Vegas.

Here are some pics, I've been looking around and I'm thinking it's a Panerai Alligator Black Ecru 26.0/22.0 MM Standard MX0086Q1. Listed at $520.00 Cdn on the Boutique!

I have no idea if the deployant clasp is legit either(engraving looks suspect), so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The strap looks legit, the clasp is most likely Fugazzi, as you’ve said

Thanks for chiming in, I'm fairly certain the Chrono24 Dealer didn't realize he was sending such a nice strap.

Just looked again at the picture and looks like the strap tailors down to 20 mm, not 22 mm, as it looks narrower than the clasp, which I assume is 22 mm?

Yes, you are correct, just looked and compared, it does taper down to 20mm.

So, strap fugazi as well now I wonder? Strap feels genuine though, looks well made?

edited to add: It may be this one, Alligator Black Ecru 27.0/20.0 MM Standard
MX007X7J, Panerai site has it listed but no pic loads, or this one Alligator Black Ecru 25.0/20.0 MM Standard
MX006K4Q.

So there is hope yet strap isn't Fugazi, that's my favourite word of the day!

Likely a 27/20 mm BDR

The strap is an OEM Panerai for as far as I can see, and you are right, it’s a Radiomir version, most likely the 27/20 mm BDR version. It has a bit thicker padding than the Luminor version, and the keepers are slightly narrower as well. Hope this helps
