That looks like a new type of blue dial. The older versions do not lighten up that much. This dial looks very close to the platinum version.

Correct, that is the new blue dial they came up this year. I like it better than the older dial.

I'd love to see a side by side of the old and new dials but I think the blue is pretty much the same shade, just lighting effects.
