Adjusting Pushers On 5712

Hi friends. Does anyone know whether the crown should be screwed or unscrewed, and with the crown in winding or time-setting mode when adjusting the date and moon phase pushers? The manual doesn't explicitly say. Thanks!

Don't think it matters. But I do it with the crown unscrewed as long as it's in the safe time frame (I leave it at 6am).

As long as it isn’t 8PM to 4AM I’ve had the crown screwed down.
