Tudor Beast Bad Shipping

Hey all!!!

This is not a thread to bash a good seller just report a transaction that has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Long story short Danny sold me a watch. When it showed up the box was badly damaged as per the pictures in this thread...

It is difficult to tell if this was due to bad packaging or poor care by UPS...

Fast forward I file a claim with UPS...

I have followed up on this claim over 5 times in the past month and have received to response from Danny both via text and via TRF.

This all being said I do want to report the watch showed up in good condition.

I would love to hear back from Danny to hear about progress in the case as UPS has indicated to me that their might have been a payout on the claim.

Danny if you are reading this please either text me or respond to this thread. I am understandably frustrated due to the lack of communication.

All the best.

Are you looking for a refund or reimbursement from UPS? How much does the outer box of a Speedy go for? Can’t be much, it’s mostly cardboard. Was the inner box damaged too?

No damage to the inner box...I actually don’t know the value of the outer...but any communication from the seller would be appreciated...

Not ideal but at least the inner and watch were ok. Hope you can come to an agreeable outcome.

Dang. Sorry you have experienced this.

Good communication is key, and going silent is definitely unsat.
