Awesome C4, I had a 96 LT4, the last of the C4 series and loved it.

Enjoy and save the wave!

Yes, you sure do. Enjoy and safe travels. Are you gonna drive that to work at Chewy’s shop too? Would look cool parked outside a barbecue pop-up.

I like that model much more than its successor. This is classy and timeless design. A bit like Jaguar XK (post 2006) and Mercedes SEC W126.

Enjoy.

Nothing like having something that has sentimental value attached to it, whether it be a watch, a car, or anything else.

Enjoy and take care of that beauty, Paul!

If you don’t drive it much, keep it on a battery tender.

First off, I'm very sorry for your loss. My wife lost her stepmom 9 years ago, who was in her life since she was 4 years old, and it still feels like yesterday. There are still times when she catches herself wanting to pick up the phone and call about something special.

Any Vette is a great Vette and that one looks awesome. Enjoy it and think of him!

Very nice looking Corvette.

It’s kind of funny this thread came to be. I just found my fathers old car for sale essentially in the middle of nowhere with only 10k more miles than when he sold it. I learned to drive in it and haven’t seen it in at least 17 years and it’s essentially as he left it. Even found the registration in name from 22 years ago. It was my favorite car he had growing up since we didn’t have to many nice or interesting cars when I was a kid. I had to buy it back of course at the risk of being stabbed by my wife in the middle of the night. Can’t wait to finish fixing it up to be a bit more roadworthy and keep it going.

The ZR-1 also had significantly wider ass end to accommodate that steamroller rear wheel.

It also would have a ZR-1 badge on the front fender.

The color looks like Bright Aqua Metallic which is pretty rare in the ZR-1.

I had a 96 collector's edition.

Sold it with 235k on the clock. Probably the highest mile c4 out there. Keep debating on getting rid of my e46 and getting another or a c5/6

Yeah; and in 96 GM took all the leftover ZR1 rims, painted them sebring silver and slapped them on the 96 Collectors edition 🤣🤣

At 6'4" and full of muscle, I'm not sure if the spare room in the basement crawl space will work for you? But it's always ready! Specially, for a vette owner!

Dude, I'd really love to meet up with you and take a cruise! We could get Seth to join in but we'd be left in his dust.....
