Wait, this is actually real?

I saw it randomly on social media and thought it was just a joke...

I love it.
Would I buy it... absolutely not. Do I think it should be produced...No.
But a good piece of artistic tribute.

Oh my Lord, that is absolutely horrendous, how could they create such a F'up ??!!-
Should obviously have been AP upper and PP lower

Lot o' serious thought went into crafting the statement:

"We are defined by the human dimension of time. and since we are what we accomplish in life, Legacy is the measure of our value.
I’ve always been fascinated by the world of haute horlogerie, for its expression of beauty and precision crafting, and for the extraordinary people behind each timepiece.
Genius is a tribute to Gerald Genta’s legacy, to his unrivalled talent in designing the most iconic watches of all times. With due respect for the maestro, I wanted something new and unique.
Genius is a design collision, a form of art coming to light from the cosmic impact of forms. We live in a chaotic intersection of disciplines and ideas burst from the most exciting and unpredictable of all times. The time of Genius."

So, yeah. That.

Absolutely disgusting. They managed to make a watch even more uglier than the nautilus. What a sell out Bob Maron is. No shame.

I think it’s brilliant. Honestly at this point, all you can do with this craze is make fun of it, and if the same social media that made the craze a thing makes this abomination a success, it will be the funniest aspect of the whole story.

What's Bob Maron's involvement here?

What’s better than one knock off? Two knock offs! What’s better than two knock offs? One knock off!
Wait. Hold on. That can’t be right.

I'd buy one as a joke for half that, but probably not $5,500...

I’d gladly shell out a few grand for a watch with a toilet seat bezel. It should be a Flushing Queens city watch
