My TT Submariner LB slate Serti. I love this watch.
Part of my love for it is that it was not a super popular model. Thus, production was low and the likely hood of running into one in the wild is slim. Now running into one in the wild, while I am wearing mine is slim, to none (win lotto odds). When I have it on and someone notices it, at first they think it's the bluesy, due to the TT and blue bezel. Then they zero in on the dial and their head shifts. They give that look, you know the one, like when a dog is confused. Yup that look, then they approach and ask what Rolex / Sub is that. Makes for a great convo in the airline lounge. God bless y'all. I'm actually going to buy one this year. I like the DJ41 TT with diamonds on the dial.

I’m going to say the 116600. It really wasn’t popular until it was discontinued. Loving on a green strap today. |

The premise of this thread of “unpopular” might be better stated as “currently not hyped”. This is because today’s unpopular models could be tomorrow’s next big thing. The LVC (hulk) comes to mind. 4 years ago the LVC would have classified as a “unpopular” model. It’s a rookies mistake to value a watch model by what it’s current over msrp street value is and assign it “popular” or “unpopular”. All PM models might have been considered unpopular a decade ago but we know that isn’t true.

I guess mine would have to be the 1503, which while it may not be unpopular, it is certainly not one of the "sought after" models.

Black dial Milgauss. Mainly because of 5e green crystal and orange lightning bolt second hand.

My new Milgauss, though somewhat unpopular, has become one of my favorites!

116600 wasn't popular when it was released. The short production cycle and low demand made it as a rare piece. It's not easy to find it at greys these days. I guess it has become collector's choice?

This is my Rolex guilty pleasure and indeed this is actually me trying this watch on last weekend.
I've tried it on literally 6 or 7 times but never actually pulled the trigger, and I don't know why, maybe too similar to my smurf, but I genuinely really really like this model and the SS version far more than the other 2 variants. Everyone to his own I suppose. YMYM.jpg
