GMTIIC Bracelet Adjustment Question

I am having fun playing with the fit of my new GMTIIC. There are basically three ways to adjust the bracelet size and I was wondering if anyone new the following dimension:

1) Easylink (primarily for wrist swelling) is a 5mm increase.
2) Micro-adjustment inside clasp: from my own experience, each of the three micro-adjustment holes inside the clasp are slightly smaller adjustments than the Easylink, so I would guess that each move of the micro-adjustment is 3-4mm
3) How much do you add/subtract to the bracelet length when you add or remove a link?

I am just trying to figure out for example if I want it 2mm larger, if I could add a link and then move the micro-adjustment in two holes.

If anyone has these dimensions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
