So I took my partner into the AD today to see what she thought of it. Any purchase of that value needs both of us to like it. She loved it and debated if we should have the bracelet sized for her rather than me. Will pop back and collect at some point this week.

Sorry to everyone who has pm'd me asking to have the watch if I didn't go for it.

I have only seen the CHNR online but you’ve made the right decision to purchase especially as your OH equally likes/wants it. With that quandary resolved you can look for your next purchase!

So just to close out this thread. I finally picked up the watch from the AD yesterday. This thing is a work of art, absolutely love it.

Was quite surprised when the AD asked if it would be kept for special occasions and my response was that it will be on my wrist regularly each week. They seemed quite shocked.
