Loose endlinks or non fitting

Can loose fitting end links ruin lugs ?
I have this band on my seamaster waiting for a new one the endlinks will move around if I push them down.
Will this ruin the lugs for a short time

Doesn’t look good. I’d take off that bracelet and replace with the correct one.

Is that the original bracelet? Awful fitment.

I personally would opt for a strap while waiting for the new bracelet.

Pop it off and see how much damage the rubbing is doing. And check the pins to see if they are all right.

If there aren't grooves worn into the lugs you should be fine for a short while. But as others have said, put it on a strap if you're not sure.
