Stay far away unless the seller is basically giving it away. Not much of anything in those photos is original to a red Sub.

I have a opinion ,Its worth something its a Rolex sub date with a service dial ,if it is cheap enough maybe £5k
Depending on the serial number it could be a nice daily beater like a heavily restored old car What it isn't is a museum piece |

I'm not seeing a butchered case, the service dial and insert I get but from what I can see from the images, the case looks strong, I'm just not sure it's a genuine rolex 1680 case though, as I see issues with the crown guards, better images would clear that up.
