Spencerian script

Do any of you guys have recommended Spencerian practice sheets/links to tutorials? I'm making an effort to improve my handwriting now that I have a nib that can hang to some extent. The Palmer method I grew up with leaves much to be desired.

Try writing every day. Go to a coffee shop or start your morning with writing a though or two. It will improve your penmanship and get your creative juices flowing for the day. Focus on letters and do not go too fast.
