Do you extend your easylink often?

With my GMTIIc I have found that I adjust the easylink to extend the 5mm adjustment daily. I'll usually start the day without extending the link, then extend it later on in the day after the watch has made a bit of an imprint on my wrist. I usually prefer the watch to be stable on my wrist and not able to move much.

Does anyone wear their bracelet with the easylink always extended or do you just have the bracelet presized to be a little loose and rarely use the extra 5mm?

I adjust my easy link daily on my Daytona. I am adjusting my glidelock daily as well.

I use the extension link almost every day. That and the glidelock on the dive watches is very useful.

I love Glidelock for easy adjustability but I honestly haven't used it. It did let me find my perfect fit and I love knowing if I get really hot sometime I can let it out a bit even though I haven't yet.

I'd want easy link set same way....comfortable in almost all conditions with it in and then the ability to let it out in the extreme situations for a little relief.

I hate tight bracelets though, so knowing I can always ease it up a bit is a great comfort to me.

I'm still getting used to mine (only had it a week) but so far I've been doing the same, extending it later in the day, I'm actually thinking my wrist expands just a bit late in the day & contracts overnight?

Whenever you choose to extend your link is your own business.

When I had the BLNR I could not find a comfortable fit (even with the micro adjustments) without having the easy link always extended. So basically I was unable to use the easy link as intended

My easylink is always open.

Is it supposed to be usually in closed position, and only sometimes open? Or vice versa

During warm weather I do. The Glidelock is superior and I wish my BLNR had it.

I do adjust my easy links but very rarely. Usually when it gets hot.

depends on the weather. Cold weather: once or twice a week. Hot weather: almost daily

I just got my BLNR one thing I love is the easy link. I've used it daily since I've had the watch. I feel like it's the perfect adjustment.

My 116710LN fits & sits perfectly, no opportunity to use the link daily from imprints or the like. I used the easylink once when I was hot and sweaty on a still humid day, just felt like I wanted my watch looser and remembered that feature. Worked perfectly.

It took me months to find the perfect fit for both my Rolexes. I had to go through multiple adjustments before getting it to fit perfectly with the link closed and now I barely have to open it unless it's really hot and I'm outside all day. It is a very useful feature and I do like having it than not.

not daily but quite often. I live in Singapore which has humid weather, somehow I like it a bit loose when I am in outdoor and tight when I am indoor.

I play with it more than I use it. I keep in locked in. I feel like the bracelet is stronger that way. Probably isn't, but it seems that way in my head.

I like my watches relatively loose so I never used easylink or the glidelock once the watch was adjusted. No need for either in my world.

Amen. LOL.

But no, I never use the easy link or glidelock once it's adjusted, I guess I don't swell up that much.....only times I can think of is watches might feel a tad tight after lifting weights but not uncomfortably so.

As for opening easylink I think those in warmer climate's will use it more. I am a bit OCD when it comes to bracelet fit and therefore found the 116660 to be more comfortable than the 116710 even with the added weight. I've had the 126600 for 3 days now and probably adjusted it 10-15 times.

Yes, I used it often, and the glidelock too (on LV).

Now I am spoiled, and the thought of my 16613LB not having either is bothering me.
