116610LN vs. 116710BLNR GMT Case

Hi all,

Curious, is the case and bracelet the exact same measurements between the 116610LN and the 116710 BLNR?

Thanks!

Yeti

They are not. The 116610LN is bigger.

Well if you want to get technical, the GMT2 case is actually thicker than on the Sub to accommodate the GMT movement, but the Sub is thicker overall because of the caseback. The Sub also has slightly thicker lugs and crown guard.

The 116610 sits taller because of the caseback, and the lugs are a tiny bit chunkier. The side profile is subtly different.

I find the GMTII more attractive

That is why the Sub is waterproof rated to 300m and the GMT 100m.

Bottom line is you have to try them on, if you aren't buying for the function but rather for fit

Agreed. I have tried them on and while the GMT looks slightly smaller, I just wasn't sure. Figured I would get feedback from the pros!
