Traded in a Rolex BLNR + Cash on an AP 15450 and Tudor Black Bay. Patrick was very responsive, and exchanged emails over both the weekend and Veteran's day. Total time from inquiry to having the watches in my hand was less than a week!

He made it very easy for me to ship my Rolex with a prepaid label, sent out the watches the day the wire was received and even helped presize the bands for my wrists (one of his employees had a similar wrist size)
