kingblackbolt,

Your name was picked out during the raffle for prizes! I picked your name but you weren't around

So I picked another one and it was "kingblackbolt's spouse"

I made it home in one piece.
I am beat today though.
Had a great time, Thanks to all for attending & for John for all his work.
I will post some pics tomorrow. Need some family/recovery time tonight. Here are two quick ones.
First one is for JJ. I know you couldn't make it, but Toronto has shops tailor made for you.

John ( Atomic ) is gonna kill me, but I think he really likes this Jacob & Co, quartz for only $15,000

And then one wrist shot from the GTG.

Wow

Nice spread guy, but seems to be a lot more Pam's than Rolex.

I hope those have all been pressure tested. I can see the watchmakers eyes gleemning - Ca - ching!

Man, I think someone spat in your soup!

John.
There were plenty of Rolexes, John. It's just that the Pams are so damned big they take up more space.

The dinner was superb
I went for the Salad, Steak & cheesecake
I did a quick tally, and pegged that table at over $300,000 Cdn.
At least 49 watches, as Thomas mentioned, many over $10,000 and I know he missed listing a few ( actually a lot) of really nice pieces

Peasants, both of you.

The soup was delicious. Pete was too timid to try anything more daring than a Caesar Salad (boring).

I am so glad you guys all enjoyed the restaurant. It was my choice and I am a little biased as I know the owner very well. I am glad you guys share my affection for the place now and now you guys know where I get my gut from

I had the angus steak. I asked mine to be "medium rare" and boy, did they nail that down perfectly! That was one of most tender meat that I've ever had that was not in the "tender loin" family.

Vin man, great to see you over here. I would have loved to make it, but I had dinner with another friend of yours here in Dallas last night. The Scoop himself.

Great to see ya around these parts mate.

At what time was the picture shot? You can't tell from the watches as they all show a different time.

Firstly I want to thank John (Atomic) for an awesome time in TO! Definately the best GTG I've ever been to. Also it was great meeting Al, Jacqui, John (Launch Mini) and Steph. Watch shopping at Solaris was out of this world. They stock an unbelievable selection.

Also I want to thank Strap Culture for the excellent strap. Very, very high quality (pics later)
