I must say it is a big watch. i was not a fan of the DSSD, but this version with its blue/black is a stunner. I even like the DEEPSEA in lime green.
i will maybe give it a few weeks on the Rubber B strap and write a wee bit about it for the forum. I am new to all this so need to get the feel of it all first.
Thanks though guys

Congratulations on a wonderful purchase.I had the opportunity to try this on in a local AD a couple of weeks ago.To be honest I hated it when I saw the pics on Rolex's website and online, however the dial is massively different in person. It is truly stunning and not in your face like in many of the pictures,it just has a slight 'pop' to it compared to the standard matt black.

Kind Regards

Nigel

Mine came in today. Mixed feelings because I am so used to a Sub. But I'm trying to be more adventurous! Guess I will know once I slip into it.

Without hesitation the best damn watch I've ever had! Love the massive feel, not as "top heavy" as the 4000 series I tried. I love the subtle blue fade. I will probably keep looking for a black face as well! Despite a lackluster purchasing experience I Love this watch man!

DeepSea SeaDweller Deep Blue

Congrats on your new bad a$$. I love my DSSD and did not like the D-Blue at all when it came out. I have had 3 chances to buy one, at a discount, and just cannot pull the trigger over my "classic". The dial had grown on me but I just love mine too much and cannot justify two divers.
