Icon20 IWC Accuracy Puzzlement

My brand new IWC Portofino loses 2 or 3 minutes a day! It seems to keep better time when it's worn instead of on the winder. I'm so disappointed in what should be a very high quality timepiece.

Have it regulated and it should be fine!

I also find on a watch winder it throws off the timing
Maybe its because of the way the watch rests when its not winding
I suspect on mine it better to lie face up on my table rather than standing in the watch winder

Then don't put it on the winder?

Does IWC not abide by COSC (?) accuracy standards like Rolex and others?

It sounds like it has less to do with the movement and more to do with the winder.

Having it regulated once would probably do it.

Winder or not, 2-3 MINUTES a day means there's a problem.
