1945 (?) Ladies Precision

Trying to find out about my mothers watch which I inherited. The story is that she bought it when she was in Switzerland after WWII. The numbers inside the case are 045 and 4840
I can take a photo - but its hard to read.

I did attached photos of the front and back of the watch.

I have only found on other while searching the internet, was it not popular?

Also, it needs to be serviced, as I would like to wear it occasionally. (and right now, it doesn't keep time) But, I'd prefer a local shop, as its around 70 years old, mailing it out makes me nervous.

the band, please ignore it, I hope to replace the band with something more appropriate.

Thanks for any help.
