How many full-size links in the 2016+ Explorer 214270 bracelet?

Hello TRF,

I'm looking into a deal on a 214270 Explorer (mk2 / Post 2016 Basel World), and was wondering if anyone knew how many full size links are supposed to come on its oyster bracelet?

Not including end links, it seems as if it should come with 12 full size links (6 at "12" and 6 at "6"), and the 13th "adjustment" link under the clasp. However, I can't find anything to confirm this.

Can anyone who owns one confirm or post pics of their unsized bracelet? How much should I reasonably ask to discount the watch if it is missing a link?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Mine came with 12, removed 1 for a proper fit.

Thanks for the input! What size is your wrist if you don't mind me asking?

Pretty sure mine had 5 on the 6 o'clock side and 7 on the 12 side. My wrist is 7.5 and all links were left in. Micro was in the middle and the the EZ link closed.

My wrist size is 11 links -

Sorry, I could not resist.

I'm not sure the circumference of my wrist. But the 11 links fit perfect until I swell in the plane or a hot day. Then the half link is perfect.

Also, the clasp has three additional micro-adustments.

I believe the 5/7 config correct, Rich.

Forgive my ignorance, but I can't see where there would be any micro-adjustment on the clasp. Can anyone post a shot of it?

I think he means this (pic below) ... There are three positions where the bracelet (EZ link part) can meet the clasp ... mine is in the middle position too

Was there ever a firm response on this? I’m trying to properly count all my links on my 214270 . . . It was shipped and was supposed to be sized although doesn’t fit. Looking for solid reference on links.

Can’t upload picture of the other side . . But I count 7 full links plus the connect to bracelet link.

Is this a full set? Just concerned since they said they would adjust and ship . . And I have no extra links.

Thanks sir! I was told it was going to be sized and it came this way with no extra links so I was alarmed if I was missing some
Links. You have set my mind at ease.

I’ve got a post 2016 214270, 6.75” wrist. Couldn’t get a good fit at all until I bought a half link. Now got 4 1/2 links on the 6 o clock side, 6 on the 12, middle hole and easy link closed.

Perfection........
