Layer cake was a great movie. I agree, seemed like 007 was the natural step from this role.

Watched this yesterday on prime.

Really enjoyed it, very different film and plot to anything else for a while.

Enjoyed that movie at the beginning of Covid lockdown. Very enjoyable to see actors going against stereotypes. Kind of like an Agatha Christie story.

I enjoyed it, but maybe one less twist would have helped.
Felt like they didn't quite know how to end it.
