DeepSea (DSSD-B) comes home ahead of schedule

Got the call today that the DSSD came in. I was told it would be 6 months from when I ordered it. It was 3 months and 2 days, from order to pick up.
Early Christmas present to me!

Fits perfectly. I've been wearing a sub for years and its 40mm case looked small on my 8 3/8 inch wrist. I also have a 43mm TAG Grand Carrera and it looked more appropriately-sized for my wrist, which led me to the DSSD. I looked at the Sea Dweller, but I didn't care for the cyclops on the dial, and the fact that my Sub and TAG were black dials. The blue Cameron dial really popped more than the black dial, so I sprung for it.

Yah, my wife tried to say I had to have it wrapped up and I could open at Christmas... Not happening.
Because it wasn't due in until around March, the AD admitted if he had my wife's phone number, he would have called her and she could have held it until Christmas morning... Would have been quite a surprise.
