Incoming… 15510 Rose Gold

A bit of a belated Bday gift to myself.
Walked in to have something sized and was really lucky to meet a senior sales professional who shocked me with the opportunity to buy this special piece. My first AP was a stainless Royal oak!

Congratulations, wonderful piece.

Can you tell me how the interaction went? Kinda hard to believe you walked in for a service request and the SA randomly pitched you a full rose gold 15510 to purchase on the spot just because...?

There must be more to it me thinks

Thanks, Commandopat! No, it's on a full rose gold bracelet. When they brought out pieces for me to try, there was a 15510 rose gold with blue dial and blue gator strap, but one of the things I enjoy most about the Royal Oak is the bracelet, so they really surprised me with this. I am still pinching myself.

Thank you so much! There isn't much more to the story. I had requested an appointment online to have a couple of links removed from a watch I bought at a boutique. Showed up to the appointment, and I was fortunate to be assisted by a Senior Associate, who is just a super great guy! He showed me around, told me some incredible stories, and brought out a tray of watches to try. I tried on the Code, but it didn't speak to me, although that could change in time. I tried on a 15510 in rose gold, blue dial, and blue gator strap, but what I like most about the Royal Oak is the bracelet. I don't think anyone does a bracelet that comes close to AP. So this incredibly kind and thoughtful Senior Associate that I had just met disappeared into the back room while his manager came and chatted with me for a few minutes. Give me 20 minutes, and I'll talk your ear off for an hour (or two!), and next thing I know, I became the owner of a stunning 15510 rose gold, black dial on bracelet. I am still pinching myself. It was so special and an incredible experience!

Ok - I agree, not a fan of the straps as much - especially blue because there’s just too much blue then.
Watch looks great! I have its slightly thicker brother, the 26240OR black dial.
