Should I buy PAM 335? All black, ceramic, 10 day GMT, D/N indicator, Date

Should I buy PAM 335?

Its got all the bells and whistles, stealthy, bad ass. I love the high dome of the crystal. The sandwich dial is really nice. Clear caseback is great

What do you think about the 44mm size? I owned a PAM 24, 44mm was perfect. BUT I know the die-hard Panerisits swear by 47mm's. Do you think the 44mm size is a good size for this?

Weight? I felt my PAM 24 was a bit heavy and dropped to my wrist if it was not snug on the wrist. This being ceramic is lighter....but how much lighter?

Not to mention the Expendables movies LOL, Sly and the cast all wear PAM's, i think Sly wore a red Richard Mille once. The PAM 335 has bad-ass written all over it

Die hards will say 44MM is a Panerai signature size. Go for it. I have a Ceramic B&R and it looks mint and it’s my beater watch. Ceramic is amazing and warm to the skin. It makes the perfect “black watch” marterial. It is a bit lighter but not as light as titanium. I don’t think you will have any issue with a 44mm ceramic Pam. My 44mm Pam is SS and feels perfect in size and weight.

My grail PAM...I am lucky to have a 233 but love the stealth version. Great choice if you pick it up!

Get it. I had one. Loved it. Sadly it fell out of rotation so I sold it.

I see the GMT hand, but what's the subdial?

Stealth version of the 533. Great piece but check out the 317 first, looks more badass. Eight days PR, manual wind, no date but has dome crystal. About £4,000 more expensive (US$5,250) though.

Either way, good luck

One hand is seconds and the other indicates AM/PM.

I love mine!
Traded for it last summer and it has been in regular rotation since.
Works really well on black straps along with crazy colors.

the 335 is awesome! not too many pannies have dome sapphire at 44mm. 233, 311, 317 , 270, and 335 have the dome. The 1950 case with dome sapphire is really great combo. I had the 233 for many years and waffled on the 368 due to its size, but love the 47mm 1950 dome look. ceramic is useable for daily since it will look mint for daily use. As you know the only down fall is the brittleness of ceramic. Just don't drop the watch on a hard tile floor or cement. its a beautiful piece. There is also the chrono version 317 to consider...

I owned the 335 and the 24 at the same time. The 335 wears really nice and is an awesome watch. I did not have to worry about scratches at all. Had I not decided to trade it for an AP, I would have kept it. It wore lighter than the 24. 44mm was perfect for me. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cool, but I'd need a 24 hour bezel for a GMT.

Nothing not to like. It's an excellent modern Panerai with many of the traits of the 233 which is a fan favorite.

What I don’t like about this model which I owned at some point (and I’m most of other Panerai’s) is that you when you look at the watch you pretty much see everything but time. Reflection gets quite annoying sometimes.

It’s obvious in every other Panerai picture posted.

I love this model but it's a bit thick and the movement often have problem (among the P200x family) that's why I turned away and went with 441

However nowadays pre owned 335 is really competitively priced...tempting....
