The Father’s Day watch
This is the watch (16660) that started this journey for me. This is the watch that my dad got in 1983. He wore it every day to do everything. Whether he wore it to the office, to build or fix any and everything around the house, or to go sailing, or to a formal occasion, or just hanging around in a casual setting - I always saw the watch on his wrist.
He gave it to me a year or so ago. Rest assured, I will take good care of it. My folks live across the country, so unfortunately we don’t see them nearly enough - for me or my kids. This year, though, we’re fortunate to have them visiting. It’s a special Father’s Day for sure - all being together! I wear this watch with gratitude. This watch has extra meaning, extra value - the sentimental kind. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads on TRF.

Beautiful watch! I have similar me worries and story with my 16750.
You have actually inspired me for a change of watches for the day. Not sure why I didn’t think of that sooner with it being my fathers.
