My fav is the one opted to buy -- the 233.

Kudos to you on the 232 though. Nice Rad. How much do they cost? Love the strap too.

Listprice is 5300 euro but I don't think you can still buy them at an AD. It was a limited edition (1938 pce) which started in 2006. The last pieces were deliverd this year.
Second hand you'll find them starting at more or less 5500-5700 euro, so in fact barely a premium for a LE which will IMO become much more expensive in the future

The prices on the 232 is still going upwards, bnib or used.2006 was a great year from Panerai. They brought out some very nice LEs in that year.2008,proved to be a disappointment, for various reasons .... the models, the choice of materials(Too much Ti,too little rosegold) and the price !!! I predict that watches like the 232,249 "Cali",127 "Fiddy",217 dekstro Militaire and my 242(Very limited at 300 only) are going to increase in value, with time.Even the "basic" Panerai models will keep their value very well.Any Panerai watch is a good buy.

My personal grail would be the 1997 LE PAM 21.A 47mm Platinum Radiomir, brown dial, gold hands,Rolex movement,WG buckle, limited @ 60 only.Price ?? Have no idea and is actually to scared to ask !! Fantastic watch !!

Great looking watch, very photogenic.

I've been wearing my 177 all week and it's the only watch that I really enjoy winding.
