Patek watch roll

I'm assuming this is massively overpriced. I am looking for one but for nowhere near as much as they are asking. I know these are not readily available but can be bought from masterchrono branded with the manufacturer but I am not a fan of the new cufflink insert and the old insert is only available in black and orange.

am I way off base, will someone actually pay this much for them?

No but then I get it free from my AD. You do t need to use the cufflinks insert just replace it and you gave two watch roll case. Anyway do search on phase de lune lots of posts

I like having the cufflink insert, but I don't really care for Phase's new cufflink insert.

I don't have an AD but know quite a few but no one has given me an answer about it. told them I'm willing to pay for it. oh well.

Actually I prefer the new as the old one the cufflinks could fall out and scratch the watch. Thus way the cufflinks insert can be used as an independent travel cufflinks carrier but then each to his own

i guess to me it doesn't look as clean. you'd have to open a case, to then look at a watch and a closed case. I'd think that if you have the backs flipped out they wouldn't be able to fall out of the slots would they?

that being said, if you have one that you find inferior I'd be glad to take it off of your hands

I picked up this one last week (currently in the post). Pricey at £270 but cheap compared to others for sale

https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/PATEK-PHILI...=1712455932008

I think its a salon issued one? Correct?

Very nice. Looks to be salon issued, as has the wooden sides.

These are rebranded Phase de Lune cases (what I’m told) obviously having a PP and a PP watch roll suits best but an alternative would be buying one from PDL

Sadly they’re only available on the Singapore domain, not on the .com domain so they’ll only ship to Singapore or the phillapines.

Patek watch roll

Just keep checking. New ones eventually pop up for $300-400.

I have both the PP and a Phase De Lune 2 watch rolls. Note that the Phase De Lune rolls are much larger than the PP ones. Also, the PP watch cushions are full cushions with little give. If your watches are adjusted to small wrists it may not fit on the cushion. The Phase De Lune cushions are shaped like an 'm' so there is a lot of flexibility and will fit even small wrist watches.

For some reason the only option on misterchrono.sg is phillipines or Singapore. I emailed and they said they could invoice it and ship it to the states though. Going to get pricing and we will see.

Wow! that's one great looking case is it expensive ? I've been considering LV watch rolls but there's nothing to protect the watch from banging each other which is the reason pulling me back

it's cheaper than an LV roll and a superior product IMO.

You get the most protection for your watches with this http://www.buben-zorweg.com/en/colle...veller-12.html

The only drawback is large watches dont fit so well, but Pateks do fine.

As you know I have both and they both have there uses

Both protect the watches well my gripe with the LV is there’s no divider separating the watches but a plus is the LV canvas appears to be harder wearing opposed to the PDL which has the divider but the leather marks easier then the LV canvas.

Basically I’ll be using the PDL in the safe and the LV when travelling.

ordered mine. Currently being held hostage by US customs n:

apparently there wasn't a proper packing sheet with it for customs or some BS. $60 for shipping and it takes two weeks.

I had to send the packing slip to fedex. Hopefully they’ll release it soon. I don’t know why it would be stopped. Unless they wanted to charge me fees. It’s leather but not anything that could be assumed counterfeit, or made of leather not allowed in the US
