Holy Fudge I would nvr buy a watch from stockx

Was just checking out stockx and how they sell watches and I was amazed that there are no actual pictures of the watch LOL I mean how hard would it be to ask the seller to take pics of the watch and send it in. ? I think that is a huge red flag.

Makes me wonder why anyone would buy from them, but then I spoke to a friend of mine who sells alot of sneakers on there and here is what he said:

"people who buy watches on stockx fit into two categories those who want something for a price that is too good to be true and those who are typically the suckers that know nothing about watches and just want a fancy watch but would never even know they got ripped off"

Does anyone have any experience with stockx cuz it seems to be a great place for unscrupulous sellers to unload their frankens off too cuz how the hell can they verify every friggin model, they must have hundreds of experts Lol.

They have set guidelines that are “acceptable” according to their website such as no deep scratches. Must have all original links. No “deep” polishing. No scratches on crystal etc etc but I totally agree with you. Would never trust it and would never buy because the prices are crazy. I mean asking 20,000 plus for an sd43??!!

A lot of the rich YouTubers have been promoting stockx as of late. Seems like some will just blindly buy.

Right, that too. Makes sense for the site given the sneakerheads in their audiences.
