Brother, that’s negative, I am an amateur watchmaker with pro-enough tools, no go, and I am a professional shoe-maker, I tried to make awesome straps for this reference, no go after many different attempts, HAD to let it go to a better home

Patek 5085

Thanks for the original post. I'm a Rolex and JLC guy, new and vintage, ... but this Patek is very special. All the criticisms here are valid. But I bought one and it is amazing. Let's just say you have to channel your inner George Clooney to pull it off. Anyone who doesn't get the dial ... well, you probably have to explain jazz and Picasso to them as well.

If the 5085 dial is "too busy" for you, the dial on the 5080 should be right up your alley. Also, I am a fan of the bracelet on the Neptune. I read recently that it is supposed to evoke the scales on a fish.
