At the very least I'd say worth the $25 just for its interest value alone.

It's for a 6532, which was also the ref. of the original Deepsea, I believe. Possibly this is pre-Submariner anyway...early 1950s?

Found one in the Dowling & Hess book. A forerunner of the Sub indeed, although this one is Precision not Chonometer.

It always was. I meant that the seller was local to me. I have read some negative stuff about him before and his feedback is less than perfect, but I can visit his store if the sale does not go well.
