Wanna Buy A Watch... LA, CA

Spending an extended weekend in LA visiting old friends and we stumbled upon a watch store on melrose ave called 'Wanna buy a watch'. Inside they had an amazing selection of vintage Rolex and Tudor watches, among many other luxury brands. Although I would not consider myself a WIS I do appreciate fine timepieces and the history associated with them. They had bubble back rolexes from the 40's, a few 5513s that were newly restored, and some spectacular old daytonas. I did not take any pics as I did not have my camera but if you're in the LA area I would highly recommend stopping by. Anyone from the LA on the forum have any experience with them?

Nice idea for a shop
More good honest shops dealing in Vintage would be good way to manage the fraudsters on CL and eBay.

If you are in SoCal try OCRolexguy (Patrick) or Justrolexes (Tony). There are top notch sellers here and will hook you up.

The store is a short driving distance for me and they have a watch that I like (but NOT need). I don't want to stop by for fear........

Grapeat place, has been in the business a long time, prices are a bit high but their pieces are very well chosen.
