Incoming! Liquid gold...

Just received a package from Christian (cpark)!

When I commented on his Pliny in the beer thread he immediately offered to send me a bottle.

Well the package arrived and I received not one but four pints of this delicious gold!

I can't thank you enough my friend as this beer has been on my must have list for literally a decade.

Can't go wrong with Pliny.

Now you need to find someone in VT to get you some Heady and Sip of Sunshine.

Made that pilgrimage in October after leaving Montreal.

Next on my list is treehouse and trillium.

OK, that is just crazy. And I swear, I did not search your post history before I replied. I guess great minds think alike.

I'm not into craft beer like I used to be, so I have not had anything from either Treehouse or Trillium, but have heard great things.

If you ever find yourself in SEPA, make sure to hit up Tired Hands.

Thanks Brian will do. I actually was just saying the other day I wanted to head that way and grab a growler of golden monkey at victory. Might have to make a diversion next time I drive to see family in DC.

Thanks for the comments gents. Unfortunately, I have to wait until Friday to sample one as I'm just getting over the flu. Those who know IPAs will be happy to hear it's super fresh too. Only a couple weeks since being bottled so it should be perfect.

I'm glad I could help you out! I hope they lived up to your expectations! I do have to say the kind gesture back was greatly appreciated as well! I never wanted anything in return but your gesture was beyond what I could imagine. I'm looking into getting some spring bar removal tools to put the strap on! I'll post about it when I get it on Sub! Thanks again, Tom!

Pliny is a world famous double IPA brewed in Santa Rosa California by Russian River Brewing Co. Unfortunately, unless you visit the brewery or are local, it's hard to come by. (Not distributed nationally)
