Just saw a spectacular vintage GMT
A client was wearing a GMT that I've not seen before. It was a solid gold root beer with single-color brown bezel insert on a jubilee bracelet. I've googled images and haven't been able to find one. Does anyone know the reference number and/or production dates for this piece?

Did it have crown guards and sword hands by chance?

Here's one of mine. It's a 1675/8 from late 70s. I also have a 16758 which looks similar but with sapphire crystal instead of plexi.

Bingo! I'm pretty sure that's it. What years was that produced? Perhaps it's because of the brown dial and bezel, but the gold looks far less yellow than say a Day-Date, more reddish but not nearly to the degree of rose gold. Stunner!

I love those nipple dial GMT's. One of my grails.

The 1675/8 was available alongside the steel 1675 around the same timeframe from early 60s till about 1979 when the 16758 replaced it. Earlier examples tend to be on the oyster bracelet and later could have either oyster or jubilee. I have a couple of 1675/8 nipple dial pieces and a 16758 which I really like although rarely wear these days to be honest. If left unworn they tend to develop a reddish / brown patina which is the oxidation of some of the non gold alloy metals (copper?). This gives it a warmer rose look than newer pieces.
