The crown is trademarked so this would be infringement I assume?
AM is as good as counterfeit right? RSC removes AM faces and parts and replaces them with original I heard and found to believe.

i dont think Ebay bothers with stuff like this unless its a watch.
Its like saying if you buy parts for your car from Napa, Autozone, or other auto parts for your car would be considering counterfeit. As far as the logo is concern, a light tweak to the Rolex logo will make it not infringement of copy righted design. There is no way Ebay staff going to be able to make that call based on the small picture. The seller is not misrepresenting the product in anyway. |

I reported it as it is still being called Rolex Am which is a violation of Rolex copyright laws.
