Getting Ready To Smoke Some Boston Butts

Will be grilling 18 Boston Butts. So...

Time to clean the barn and cooker. These are before shots. Better get the scrub brush and hose.

The two pans sit inside on the bottom of the cooker. These are filled with lump charcoal and hickory. The pans help preserve the bottom of the cooker and make it easier to clean out.

Cool.

I thought at first this was a post gloating about the Carolina Hurricanes ousting of the Boston Bruins in this years Stanley Cup Playoffs.
