For sale is my 1978 Rolex Submariner Date 1680. Serial #: 54xxxxx . If you are interested, please send me a note for detailed photos. The case remains thick and has been polished in the past. The patina is a nice gold/orange color and has perfectly matching hands. The matte dial is in excellent shape and is period correct for a Mk3. The pearl is a couple of shades lighter. The Mk3 insert is fat and has turned grey/purple over time. The 11 link oyster 93150 bracelet shows a small amount of stretch and has 580 ends. Bracelet was purchased from Vitaliy whom is well known on TRF. Watch is running well but service history is unknown.

Comes watch only. Some nice outdoor shots of the patina on my IG.

Priced at $15k + label.
