need help with this 94110




I came across this tudor sub and the seller is selling the head only.

Does the dial look good and how much you would pull the trigger?

not an expert, should the date wheel have an open six with "26"??

No. Tudor Subs did not have open 6 date discs like Rolex did.

I would suggest at least you would ask for a picture of the first digits of the serial number that is engraved between the lugs and the model reference that is engraved opposite side between the other lugs. Also a picture of the caseback and the movement, with the balance visible.

Would ask for:

1) movement pic
2) clear photo of the backcase
3) clear photo of the dial
4) clear photos of serial and case number on the lugs

I have seen some more recent fakes of the 9411 (they came with these folded Tudor bracelets) but the case is engraved 7928.

Plenty of decent aftermarket dials around so can't be too careful with these
