The GMT LEFTY at $70,000

Every post/video I hear about this. Oh this watch is unique, it won't be long run its too strange for Rolex. Same concept can be applied to the James Cameron then when it first came out, it was a monster.. and still here LOL

I honestly think all these flippers are just hyping for quick gains "flipping" which is harming the hobby as a whole. How hard is it to change the date, to the left sides besides obvious changes to the dial, but what changes were needed to the movement?

So now asking prices are $70k+, nobody besides novice speculators will pay for these. If anyone is paying this, the GMT meteorite is significantly rarer and around the same price bracket.. and truly a gem that won't last long.

If i get one and someone wants to spend 70k I’m selling it immediately and saying thanks for the free Tesla! Things seem to be a bit softer lately, but everything is still bringing a premium. These will settle down eventually.

Anyone paying those prices for a left hand Rolex watch which in the real world you could change most all Rolex watches to left hand with very little modification must be sixpence short of a shilling.

The person buying this watch for $70k needs to buy and deliver some donuts to their AD asap. Much easier than paying these premiums…

That’s sad. Being a lefty in a righty world I was so happy. Then the realization set in, that I’ll never own that watch. Nor will I most likely ever try it on.

With the recent price dip, I won’t be surprised if this watch drop to $20k

I am happy to see those prices. Actually, what do I care. I can't get one any way. :p

I don't think it's a stretch to call this the worst reference in Rolex history.

I cannot see how this left hand GMT is more ex than a steel daytona. Makes daytona looks cheap and more "value for money"..

It is the rise of the left !!!

We must "watch" these people !!

Tread carefully .

I guess the clientele at Rolex ADs are now at least 50% left handed .
