RSC Dial Swap Policy?
I asked this question in another thread, but it was a longwinded post and I think the question got lost/diluted.
Will RSC swap a dial for your watch if the dial was eventually offered for the same reference, but wasn't in the year your watch was produced? Hopefully the way I phrased this makes sense--I tried several variations before clicking "submit." :) |

Rolex would usually do a dial swap on pieces other than steel professional models. The exception is anniversary dials - you can’t swap a non anniversary for an anniversary. It’s also less likely if the watch is very new as it would imply that you’ve purchased a watch specifically to get a dial swap (as opposed to owning it for a while and deciding you wanted to change the dial).

No, it is my understanding they will only swap dials with another dial that is correct for the year/reference of your watch.
