Speaking of small wrist problems, someone also mentioned the clasp. Assuming that's a 93150 bracelet, the clasp has a full link riveted to the fliplock side so you will likely be stuck with a five link minimum on that side, so regardless of whether you reverse the bracelet or not it will almost certainly--with your wrist dimensions--sit quite uncentered. I didn’t find this to be too uncomfortable but I ended up attaching a glidelock clasp and I tell you, it’s perfect!

I don’t know how much the seller is asking, but I bought mine no more than 4 months ago and just from looking around now it seems asking prices have gone up at least 1000-1500 USD since them! If you really want one, might be better not to wait; I’m glad I didn’t!

I had a similar problem with a 114060 Explorer 36. You're right, there is not enough permanent links to remove for a 6inch wrist. I may try to flip the bracelet first and see what I can do. I don't plan to resell it so removing a permanent link may be the ultimate solution.

I didn't know that modern glidelock clasp could fit 93150 bracelet. Does it help to have the clasp centered without removing a permanent link because the clasp is larger?

Oh yeah the glidelock is essentially plug and play (unscrew and play, as it were) to most modern oysters I would think. I slapped one on the 78790 bracelet of my Explorer II 16570 to fix that centering issue as well. I went with the glidelock option because 1) no drastic alteration to the bracelet (i.e. removing a permanent link) and 2) I use the glidelock microadjustment daily as I like a snug fit and my wrist does expand a tad as the day goes on. Drawbacks? The glidelock is slightly thicker, and you may notice it if you're typing at a desk or something, and the footprint (i.e. the blade length) of the glidelock is about 5mm longer than the 93150 clasp. Neither of those factors were deleterious to me.

FWIW, the case looks very good and likely totally unpolished judging by the crown guards, lugs, and depth of lug holes. 99% of these pieces are badly polished.

This is a good consideration for 5-digits and smaller wrists. In terms of how that bracelet adjusts and the watch sits on the wrist, the 6-digits may be a better fit... it’s just the watch case is bulkier.

I can’t comment on whether it’s unpolished. I am of the belief that most are refinished, given how I’d expect to see marks from just normal use. I would prefer a nicely refinished watch personally.

Bracelet stretch can be fixed by any number of vendors, Michael Young in Hong Kong did mine for a few hundred bucks and it’s flawless. That is a lovely watch, polished or not. If it’s in your price range and you want it then buy it. All the rest is just a bunch of guys talking on the internet.

It is actually quite polished (no bevels evident any more) but still really nice job. The lug tip are still square and apparently sharp.

There were no bevels on the 14060M from new or any other five digit T cases. The 14060 (non M) is a different story. You won’t see a 4-liner 14060M with bevels even when fully stickered/NOS.

Yeah 14060m never had solid end links. I wish they did. I’d like it better

Agree it’s in nice condition though polished imo.
My eye is drawn straight to the reflections on the lower lugs, as they are not horizontal or parallel with the other reflections.
Compare with the other watch posted.

Might be polished but very well done. Chamfers/ bevels still there, fat case, flat surfaces on polished sides, nice brushing on mugs. Not like destroyed polished watches that we see a lot on the market.

Looks good. Don’t buy into the “unpolished” hype. I’d buy it and have RSC work their magic. Modern classic and the best looking dive watch next to a classic Sea Dweller.
