Do you know if the numeral font appears in other models? This looks different from 5270 generation 1

Yes the fonts are different from Gen 1 and the Samon 5270P.

I think it looks great, I like it a lot more more than salmon. The green lacquered dial is distinctive yet very elegantly done. Also like that they got rid of the tachymeter scale, another good improvement I think.

The youtube video that Wei Koh from Revolution posted shows the watch very nicely in regular light, you can check it out at the 3'50" mark here:

Thanks bro for sharing
It looks great in video - that gradient emerald green is brilliant under regular lighting. Love it!

I love the 5270P in green! I also like it in salmon as well, but it needs a different color strap.

I wonder when will the AD start to receive the new 2022 pieces? I'm first in line for mine at my local AD.

I definitely prefer the hour markers on this one over the salmon dial (the numerals).

But overall dial color, I still like the salmon more. It seems a bit more special.

I still wish they went back to black but I'll take the green over the salmon personally

Personally I'd say that if this watch is in a larger collection, it's a stunner that provides something different at the highest levels of watch-making.

If it is part of a small collection or a one-watch only collection, then I don't have as much love for it because it seems more specialized or particular, rather than an all-rounder due to how dynamic the dial seems to be. I feel differently about their white, black, or even maybe salmon or blue dials of the 5270.

Ill never understand why green is something that gets people excited when talking about a watch.

It's fine, but for someone who was hoping to finally see a black dialed 5270p, this was a bit of a disappointment. It's my least favorite of all 5270's.

I like a complete tachymeter scale visible so I’m all for the chin.

I prefer a black dial over all on a classic dress watch.

I love the green dial, but it is hard to beat the salmon 5270.

I'm sure in person it'd be a lot nicer due to the lighting

I tried it today at the Paris salons. For me it’s the best 5270 version because I was never a big fan of the 41mm. I always thought that it was the maximum acceptable size for a watch like this. The green dial and the absence of tachymetric scale is actually making the watch looks smaller, which I like a lot !

It makes the watch look like 39.5/40mm (also because of the profile that is also quite thin).

Dial is stunning.

I put my name on the list to get one. Now, I just need to wait :-)

Paris Salons had all the new models and this one was clearly the best one amongst the new releases.

Stunning but looks a bit squeezed on your wrist ouch- what’s your relationship with Paris Salon like ? I assume you have a pretty meaningful purchase history with them ??
