About Journe... It is typical French... They package a commercial relation with a "We are a family" but it is all fake and only aimed to cultivate a (fake) sense of exclusivity on top of (real) rarity.

Sorry but... it is a... watch with a reputation of spending a lot of time in service if being the first batches.

I may be too sigma and not masochist enough to prost* myself and swallow my pride to be granted an allocation...

You're a real ray of sunshine.

Anecdotal, but by sheer luck I bought a s/h 2008 Octa RDM in 2016, it is still working fine, never been serviced.
