Don't let your friend get you down. You chose the watches you want. Because you liked them - you didn't mention that you did it for investment. Enjoy them. Who cares if it's investment grade. Tomorrow it might not be.

I also recently sold my BLNR on jubilee.

Too many people focus on what watches are worth these days. I sold my BLNR because I got bored of it, replaced it with two watches I love and pocketed £5k in profit, really see this as a complete win / win for me. What's the point in having a 'hot' watch in the box that you no longer enjoy, just because strangers on the internet say it's worth keeping? No thanks, I'll own the watches I enjoy wearing.

Great move. Wear what you like not what’s hyped. I love my two tone Sub, it’s an amazing watch and you’ll love yours.

All that matters is that you’re happy with the move.

Would I have done that? Perhaps, as im not particularly in love with the blnr(i’d enjoy it for a bit then time to scratch the next itch). I get bored easily lol. My only pieces i wouldnt get rid of are my blro and ss daytona.

I second this comment. I love my BLNR, but I love my two tone GMT even more - and all my friends and family too.

Great move in my opinion. Sub is classic beauty that I believe will outlast the GMT craze.
