Looks very good, and the kit looks like Rolex USA as others have said. Take of the barcode sticker that’s on the top left lug (and all stickers, for that matter) and enjoy!

Guys this keeps getting better and better, actually. So after RSC said it needs a service yesterday, I gave it some thought and decided to take it back to RSC today and get it serviced and move on.
Willing to part away from the watch for 6-7 weeks, my only condition when I went to the RSC is that their master technician works on it. He had service a 1680 that I had owned before (kept the date, dial unchanged - he obviously knows his stuff). Anyhow, went to RSC just now and ask for him specifically and he inspected the watch again and advised that it does NOT actually need service as per his opinion. It’s oiled up, seals are in order and keeps time perfectly. He said it has probably not been worn and kept in a safe thus far, and I should wear it and come back in 5 years! Anyhow, I guess that’s a wrap! PS now the contemplation starts - when to remove the stickers and barcode… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
