F1 watch party with son, daughter, son in law and grand daughter. I have more fun with my grand daughter when she wants to visit with the horses.

Car events. So many car events.

Oh, and trading the McLaren in for something different.

It’s a slow weekend here.

Andrea loves to cook Italian so I believe she is making authentic Carbonara tonight. I’m going to pick up a nice Valpolicella Ripasso.

Pre that, it’ll be Martinis on the deck and taking the puppy for swim down at the river

Amazing vehicle, but tbh honest, it’s a little too wild for me. I’ve nearly totaled it a few times now. Love the looks, but the tech inside is weak at best, and there is no Apple CarPlay. Insert crying emoji. It also has a lot of weird quirks.

And while I don’t hate the attention, it’s just a bit too much. Going for something still exotic, but more subdued, has great tech, and believe it or not, is actually very practical…all things considered.

Glad I tried the McLaren. If I had unlimited funds, I’d keep it. But time to try something new. I’ll update one of the car threads later.

Can’t wait to see it

Would you ever consider a classsic? Curious because of what you said in the Mustang thread a day or two ago.

I could see you in one

I definitely can. Love the classics, and love all mustangs. Especially the older ones. I’d also like an air cooled Porsche someday.

But I admit I like the new technology too much. Blind spot detectors, rear view cameras, CarPlay etc. oh, heated and cooled seats. All essential to me.

Yet if I find myself in a situation with more garage space, and more funds, I’d definitely add something like that. I just couldn’t replace what I have with it.

i hear ya there. Stupid people trying stupid sh*t around you while on public roads. Aars like Ferrari, McLaren, etc brings attention from men and young boys. The Bentley, on the other hand, brought in the finer ladies like no other car i ever had. But there are downsides to Bentley too.

Maybach? Please don't say Bentley, and if you do then buy whatever extended warranty they offer because you're ..... gonnnnnnnnnna ..... neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed .... it.
